Pittsburgh-area kids grades K-6 needed to star in nutrition music video

After seven years in New York City, registered dietitian and musician Jill Jayne and her nutrition-focused media company have returned to the Pittsburgh area. They hit the ground running with their first Pittsburgh-based production to be cast and filmed with local talent. The music video, a classroom calisthenics tool, will be available nationally for teachers to incorporate movement into the regular classroom day. The video will also kick off our partnership with The Movement, a non-profit group organizing a flash mob for the week of Halloween. Filming will take place Saturday, August 27th, from 10 AM – 4 PM at a Pittsburgh school. No acting experience is necessary. Interested families with children grades K-6 of all races, ethnicities, body shapes, and genders should email jill at jumpwithjill.com with their child’s photo, name, age, parent contact information, and confirmed availability for the  film time. If chosen, you will receive more details. All participants will gain experience in video production, a free copy of the video, and an autograph from Jill. Participants will be asked to sign media releases. Learn more about Note to Health’s rock ‘n roll approach to nutrition at www.jumpwithjill.com.

Hi, I just saw your segment on Pittsburgh Live show…loved Jill and her program! Checked out the website and would love to have my children participate in the music video. Is it too late to register?? I have 3 children of the age to participate but am terrible with techy situations…I don’t know how to send you a picture on the computer!! I can give you their names: Anna is 10, Benjamin is 8 and Carter is 6! My name is Julie Betz and my # is (412)885-3128 and email is attached! If there is still time…I can have my 14 and 12 year old children help me with the sending of the pictures! I am also the president of our school’s sports club and would love to have our athletes participate in the Jump with Jill program…how do I do that?? Thank you so much for your time!!
